why am i so afraid to draw/paint/write? once i gather enough nerve to finally approach a clank paper/canvas/whatever i'm fine. but it's that first encounter that always seems to intimidate me. even when i know what i want to draw/paint/write about, it's always a nervous feeling. i think i need to buy a bunch of paper/canvases/paint and not be afraid to waste it so that i can get used to the normality of it all.
